Return & Exchange Policy – American Clothin

American Clothin is a trusted online brand committed to delivering premium-quality apparel and customer satisfaction. To ensure transparency and convenience, we have established the following Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy, which customers may use when necessary.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us via email. Our customer support team will respond promptly to assist you.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24–48 hours for a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests made after 48 hours will be subject to deductions:
  • 25% deduction after 48 hours
  • 35% deduction after 3 days
  • After 7 days, cancellations will not be accepted, except in special cases where a 50% deduction will apply.
  • No cancellations are allowed once the item has been shipped.

Unresponsive Customers

  • If we do not receive confirmation to proceed with production within 10–12 days, your order will be canceled, and 50% of the payment will be refunded.
  • If shipment is delayed due to lack of response from the customer and the order is later canceled, only 50% of the payment will be refunded.
  • If the parcel is delivered despite prior communication and no confirmation was received, no refund or return request will be accepted.

Size & Fit Issues

  • Size-related concerns must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.
  • If the wrong size was ordered by the customer and the item matches our size chart, returns are not accepted. However, we may offer:
  • A discounted replacement item, while you keep the original.
  • If the sizing error is from our side, exchange costs will be covered by American Clothin.
  • Picture proof is mandatory for all sizing-related claims.

Color & Design Concerns

  • Minor color variations may occur due to lighting, editing, or screen display differences and are not eligible for return.
  • If the received item’s color is completely different from what was shown, contact us within 24–48 hours.
  • For any design or pattern mismatch from our side, customers must share clear pictures within 24–48 hours for resolution.

Damaged or Missing Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 24–48 hours with clear pictures.
  • If an item is lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement or recovery at no extra cost.
  • Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, American Clothin is not responsible for loss or theft.
  • In such cases, customers must contact the relevant courier service (FedEx, USPS, UPS, or local postal service).

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • All complaints must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags intact.

US Customers:

  • A return shipping label is provided with a 30% deduction (shipping + restocking).
  • Alternatively, customers may arrange return shipping themselves for a full refund (after inspection).

Non-US Customers:

  • Return shipping charges must be fully paid by the customer.

 

  • Used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
  • Returned items must be shipped back to the original dispatch location.
  • Refunds are processed only after the item is received, inspected, and approved.

Customized Orders

  • All customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Additional charges apply for custom requests.

Delivery Refusals or Missed Deliveries

  • If delivery is refused or the customer fails to respond to courier/customs authorities, American Clothin will not be responsible for lost, returned, or destroyed parcels.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Please ensure your address details are accurate before placing an order.

Customs Duties & Regional Charges

  • Although American Clothin offers free shipping, customs duties, import taxes, or regional charges may apply depending on your country.
  • All such charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Shipments entering the United States may also be subject to tariffs or regional fees as per international trade regulations.
  • If customs charges remain unpaid and the parcel is returned, lost, or destroyed, American Clothin will not be liable for refunds or compensation.

Non-Returnable Scenarios

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The wrong size was ordered and the item matches the size chart.
  • You no longer like the item, quality, material, or style.
  • The item was purchased for trial purposes.
  • You changed your mind after shipment.
  • Return/exchange request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item was purchased as a gift and not opened in time.
  • The delivery address was changed, incomplete, or incorrect.
  • You were unavailable at the provided address during delivery.
  • The item has already been shipped.

Shipping Delays

  • Delays caused by weather conditions, holidays, or courier issues are beyond our control.
  • No refunds or reimbursements will be issued for such delays.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed after quality inspection.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method or an agreed alternative.
  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.
